This exceptional new build, designed by James Freeman Architects, seamlessly blends into its surroundings, virtually invisible from the hilltop thanks to its discreet grass roof and the use of natural materials. Leigh and Karen's vision for a sustainable and luxurious home is beautifully realised in this passive house project. We supplied and installed high-performance timber-aluminium windows and doors, enhancing both the aesthetics and energy efficiency of the design.
Integrated I-tec blinds provide external shading, and the entire system is seamlessly connected to a Loxone smart home system, offering exceptional comfort and control. A unique feature of this remarkable home is its state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator, allowing residents to virtually play on any golf course worldwide.
